About the event

The Flip & Flow Breath Learning Lab is an inclusive and interactive online space for you to learn how to effectively restore, revive and re-energize your mind-body-spirit connection.

Brought to you by two certified breath coaches - Neha Swaminathan in the UK & Tina Derusha in the US. We're passionate about sharing our knowledge through our books and workshops. We aspire to help spark mindful rituals for all the family, through practical yet beautiful tools, backed by neuroscience. 

In this power hour learning lab, we'll teach you how to balance the body and mind in under 10 minutes a day.

You'll learn 3 easy mindfulness and breathing techniques to integrate into your evening routine, with special attention paid to settling your nervous system before bedtime.
