Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days.
Shipments do not go out on weekends or holidays. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders and should not be able to process and ship your order within 3 business days, we will reach out to you via email to let you know of any delays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Flat rate based on the number of books you order.
Shipment method - Estimated delivery time
Media Mail Shipping: 5-10 business days
Expedited - Priority Mail: 3-5 business days (Zone dependent)
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
If you are shipping to a P.O. box, per postal regulations if your package is too large for your box, you'll have 15 days to pick it up before it is returned to sender.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details when your shipment goes out.
Flip & Flow is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or email us directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
In North America, we ship to the United States and Canada. In Oceania, we ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Flip & Flow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Non-Profit: Schools & Government
Are you an educator or a government institution? Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your tax exemption certificate and direct billing request.
Returns & Refunds
Upon receipt of our order, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Merchandise should be returned in the original packaging and in like-new condition. Unless your product is damaged, you are responsible for the cost of shipping a return. Email us to start the return process. Returns and refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise.
